This distinctive ethnic in Indonesia archipelago has a meaning of lost mother, in one of the local language. Their mother has been missing for a while, but for sure, their heritage cuisines remain alive in their soul.

Some may misunderstand this ethnic with their super famous neighborhood clan (psst, we have featured this clan in Underground Secret Dining event on 2010), yet two ethnics stand out for their own characteristics, especially in food culture. Not so many people can tell the difference, but once you taste the real one, it is lip smacking good!
We exemplify their food culture by presenting unique delicacies (as always) with rich flavors and spicy herbs. Inimitable raw ingredient will be employed to bring out real flavors.
