Appreciating Food Culture

Nuffic NESO Indonesia, a non profit Holland education promotor in Indonesia, trust Azanaya to manage an outing program for their staffs.

We did an adventurous journey for 3 days 2 nights to visit insightful places around Yogyakarta, not only to savor great local delicacies, but also to breathe, sense, and voyeur the local wisdom.

A visit to Desa Kandangan, Temanggung to Magno Radio where we gained inspiring insights from Singgih Susilo Kartono. A cooking workshop : Entho Cothot redefinition was also conducted.

We also paid a visit to a local village in Bantul to learn and grasp local knowledge of traditional toys. Wayang creation was the fun workshop that we did.

On the last day, we relaxed and got pampered in a rural village of Wanurejo. A breathe taking view of Elo Progo river stunned our imagination. Local cusines, such as Mangut Ikan Beyong, Clorot, Cetik, and Ketak, were astonishing.

It is our honor to introduce these amazing places to our corporate clients and friends.

We will conduct similar trip to Yogyakarta, hopefully, on December 2011.
